By using Verbal, you agree to these terms. Verbal is currently in early access and the service is provided as-is while we develop toward general availability.
Use of Service
Verbal is for tracking and analyzing your own AI spend. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you import. You may not use Verbal to track spend or data that does not belong to you or your organization without authorization.
Your Data
You retain ownership of all data you import into Verbal. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We do not claim any rights to your prompts, spend data, or usage patterns.
Limitations
Verbal is provided without warranty. Cost estimates are approximations based on provider pricing and may not exactly match your actual invoices. We are not liable for decisions made based on Verbal's analysis.
